1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1‑3 business days from the date of purchase
(excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with
tracking information once your order ships.
2. Shipping Rates and Carriers
We primarily ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping costs are calculated
at checkout based on the weight of the package and the shipping destination.
3. Domestic Shipping (USA)
- Standard Shipping: estimated delivery within 3‑7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: estimated delivery within 1‑2 business days
(additional charges apply).
4. International Shipping
We currently offer limited international shipping. Please note that
customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
incurred.
5. Missing or Lost Packages
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your order,
please contact us within 3 days at support@gleamlorey.com. We will file a
claim with the carrier and work to resolve the issue.
