At arttile, we stand behind the quality of our lighting products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund (less original shipping charges).
Conditions for Return
- Products must be in new, unused condition and include all original packaging, accessories, and manuals.
- Items that have been assembled, installed, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
- We do not accept returns for items that are classified as hazardous materials or are specifically marked as final sale.
Return Process

to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
2. Pack Items: Securely pack the product in the original packaging.
